Even if I have been missing a bit lattely (too much work).

I'm happy to read about more organised structure as this is the main thing that is missing for me personnaly.

Also agree on shorter SOPs rather than long readings.

I can't make this weeked as am away, but am good all next week after 19:30 if you need me.

Obviously I don't have my finger on the pulse like you lads do and I am crap at flying DCS, so my input may not really have much bearing on the day to day stuff.

Let me know and I will be there.

P.S. Will be taking a looksie at your docs later Alan when I get home before we all get shot down.

Don’t count your chickens prematurely Mutley. All promotions and appointments are subject to approval by the Commandant, on the recommendations of OC RAF(Air)UK, so you’d better start being nice to them! No more biting, barking and inappropriate sniggering.
